STEP 2: Select Your Service Package
Our services are designed to provide flexibility depending on the nature, scale and complexity of your project.
Package 1: Architectural Design, Planning & Building Regulations is our principal service and forms the foundation of most extension, renovation and new build projects.
For clients seeking a more comprehensive level of design input, Package 2: Interior Concept and Package 3: Interior Design can be added to Package 1 to create a fully integrated architectural and interior design service.
Packages 2 and 3 are also available as standalone services for clients looking for design guidance, interior layouts, material selections or bespoke interior solutions without requiring architectural works.
Package 4: Renovation Design is intended for clients undertaking internal remodelling projects where a more detailed level of design and technical information is required. Combining interior design with construction drawings, it provides a coordinated package that helps bridge the gap between design ideas and construction, allowing builders to accurately price and deliver the project.
Once the most appropriate package has been selected, we will establish the project brief and commence the design process.

FEES AND TIMESCALES
Packages 1 and 4 require an initial consultation before a fee can be confirmed. Following the consultation, we will provide a tailored fee proposal along with an indication of anticipated timescales.
