Your personal data is stored on our server and is backed up using the Cloud. All password protected.

 

How long we keep your information for 

We do not hold personal information for longer than necessary.

 

We may retain some or all of your personal data for up to 10 years depending on the appointment document requirements and our liability period for one or more of these reasons

 

  • To provide any follow-up work that may be needed;

  • To respond to any questions or complaints;

  • To manage conflict of interest;

  • To show that we treated you fairly; or

  • To meet our ongoing legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Your rights 

You have a number of rights under data protection law in relation to the way we process your personal data. These are set out in the General Data Protection Regulations.

 

You may request details of your personal information we hold at any time by sending us an email.
