GROVE CONSERVATION AREA -
The bEACH HOUSE

This new extension at ground-floor, first-floor and loft levels has dramatically increased the space within this 1930's house accommodating three bedrooms, a Formula 1 collection showroom, a sitting room, an open plan space for kitchen/dining and sitting areas, a garage, utility room, family bathroom and WC.

These were delightful spaces to design, tailored for a very unique couple.  Our clients loved developing a theme for the house around their interests and their cats. The end result celebrates their quirky but stylish taste in a bright, comfortable, and modern space. They also like reusing and recycling, so some of the spaces were designed for reclaimed pieces of furniture or the reuse of old units in the house such as kitchen units turned into utility units.

The open plan area features a striking orangery/glass space that integrates inside and out, creating and open and bright space.
